Summer is the season in which we decide to dissolve and body and soul, and most of our plans for healthy eating fail. Nearly every day, kids want ice cream after dinner, chips during lunch on the beach or car instead of water to quench their thirst.
Summer offers plenty of fresh, delicious monte 5620 and healthy fruits and vegetables, which in the right combination with other important food may be sufficient to meet the calorie needs of active children in the summer and worthy to replace fast food, fatty snacks and sodas. Here are some ways that we can help children of all ages to stay healthy and happy by the end of summer.
Breakfast children charged with energy for the day. Balanced meal including protein, carbohydrates and vitamins (nuts, milk, whole-grain crackers, hard-boiled egg, a piece of a healthy pizza, monte 5620 orange juice, salad of fresh vegetables, grains, bread, cereal, fruit) will fuel the body of our children for longer. Do not leave the summer spoil plans for a healthy dinner. Include healthy ingredients in light summer dishes that cook. This saves money and is good for the whole family. Prepare a minimum amount of fat. Considering that 90 percent of Bulgarian monte 5620 dishes require browning, better not cook. Summer is suitable for fresh salads with light dressing and grilled lean meat. Avoid buying prepared dinner by warm windows of supermarkets. Unless that is more expensive and these foods are unregulated salty, they contain more calories and fat than eating cooked at home.
