I'm Lira Luis Miguel Roman, was born in Morelia on March 14, 1963. Study the Masters in Management Sciences at ITESM-Campus Estado de Mexico (1992). I have two degrees: Bachelor of Business Administration from the ITESM Campus Laguna (1987) Mechanical and Industrial Engineering by the REGIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL LAGOON (1985).

I have worked in extension Transnational companies: ALCATEL, NORTHERN TELECOM, GATES RUBBERS, Tuperware, FORD MOTOR COMPANY, ANIXTER, PANDUIT, PROCTER & GAMBLE, NABISCO, DANONE, NOVARTIS, FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE, INDUSTRIAL LAJAT, UNITED TECHNOLOGIES, ERICSSON, VISTEON, HEWLETT PACKARD, STAR MEDIA, curing green olives GILLETTE, MERCK, PHILIP MORRIS, BLOCKBUSTER and KRAFT among others.
I have highlighted as lecturer in Leadership, entrepreneur development, creativity and teamwork, in virtually all Mexico and in Colombia, Panama, San Salvador, Chile, United States, Brazil and Argentina, like to know the business culture different countries curing green olives by making one trip a year abroad.
In 2001 I worked as Deputy Director General at the National Training Institute for Agricultural Sector Support Unit to the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food. (SAGARPA).
